Arman T.R.C by Permission No 20525/10 from B.Z org. have been established in 2007 in East Azerbaijan province in Tabriz city with aim of vocational education and job training under supervision of Behzisty Org and supporting of Tabriz City well-wishers.
Right now this center by acceptance and Training of Mental handicap boys over 14 years old, to open new horizons of growing for dear Buds of our homeland, announcing better life for them and their families.
Mental handicap boys after passing of acceptance and initial evaluation processes, according to their mental and physical abilities, their vocational educational training with the aim of rehabilitation is started.
According to Comparison to the others, this center is one of the best total rehabilitation center in the north west of Iran and its main mission is achievement of economic and social independence, psychological reinforcement and Socialization of mental handicaps layers.
This center is only Total Rehabilitation Center which is activated in the field of car, home and Environmental diffuser, air freshener. manufacturing of relevant equipment, all productions are produced under supervision of experienced coaches and Technical experts by mental handicaps boys, in this regard more than 120 mental handicap boys, 25 expert staff and more than 25 experts from outside partly are engaged.
All productions of this center are produced according to the newest and latest technologies of the world.
Experts tries to train handicaps by easy and different ways of training to the mental handicaps boys, so that after finishing of training course, many of them are able to flow labor markets.

One of main duties of coaches are to adjust processes of production with abilities of handicaps. The main idea of establishing of this center is training and Rehabilitation of mental handicap boys for creation of possibilities to express their aptitude and abilities, help to relative independence of them, and also help to maintain balancing of psychological and physical of their families, finally they are able to produce and assembling of products.
